While working with CPS for four years, Jacquline Richards was able to bond with foster children and witness a variety of adoptions. She found herself wanting to expand on that process and develop closer relationships with the children and families in the system, thus leading her to Caring Hearts. As a Case Manager and Developer in our Comanche office, Jacquline is able to watch our children find a safe home and flourish in their new environment. She received a B.S. in criminal justice from Tarleton State University.
