Her love for helping others and the opportunity to be an advocate to abused and neglected children are what first drew Michelle Rivera to the foster care field. Michelle serves as the Regional Director of Case Management and brings more than 12 years of foster care experience to our team. In her role, she teaches our case managers the tools they need to support our Caring Hearts families and the children we serve. Michelle is a graduate of UT Arlington, where she earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work.
